Although I’m not sure on the biggest and its relevance to trading, I really like Infinity Futures out of Chicago and Josh is my broker there.
The reason I like them is low commissions, fast execution, low margins and the extremely easy to use DOM (direct order module).
You can practice your trades with real time data for free until you are ready to trade live.
The margin for each contract traded is $500, which is good compared to the $1000 to $3000 I have seen at other brokers. I usually trade 3-6 contracts at a time so the margin can add up quick.
